The degree of professor or doctor with habilitation in the discipline of mining and engineering geology;
Significant scientific achievements in the current position, conformed by publications in journals with IF, in the field of drilling, geoengineering, trenchless technology with particular emphasis on the scientific achievements after receiving a degree of doctor with habilitation;
Experience in the implementation and management of research projects;
Achievements in the scientific staff education (open doctoral dissertation);
Experience in teaching and organization of classes and lectures;
Positive opinion form the current place of work or positive periodic evaluation;
