Opis stanowiska
The candidate must have PhD in biology and experience in laboratory methods used in planned scientific activity on plant molecular biology as: PCR, molecular cloning, DNA sequencing, DNA hybrydization.
Also experience in such subjects as plant genetics, molecular taxonomy and evolution, horizontal gene transfer, mitochondrial genomes and plant sex chromosomes are desirable. The employed person will be involved in didactic duties: lectures, laboratories and practical sessions in courses offered by Department that include such subjects as plant molecular phylogenetics, laboratory methods in genetic research, microphotography workshop, plant evolution, so knowledge and experience in such areas are also demanded.
Teaching experience in the field of plant biology and fluent polish language is also required. The candidate should have qualifications and predispositions for didactic work, confirmed by results of students surveys.
