Microsoft Office, Linux, R programming, CLC Genomic Workbench; 6. very good knowledge of selected bioinformatic tools in the field of metadata analysis (genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic and others); 7. advanced oral and written English language skills allowing for independent writing of scientific articles and reporting at scientific conferences; 8.
